These are a portfolio of Mountain home concept plans yet to be built.   These plans were designed to accommodate future expansion to achieve an attainable initial price with the ability to grow as needed.  These homes are ideal as second vacation homes,  affordable single family homes or smaller low maintenance homes for people looking to downsize.   

1 Br 1 Bath 3 Car Garage ADU

This concept can be a drive under or built on slab.  It was originally designed for a back sloping lot.   The home is 1 Bedroom and 1 Bath with 795' of living space above and a large 3 car garage below.   With plenty of storage this one is well equipped to be a comfortable home for people seeking to downsize, or a nice vacation second home.  

Main Floor Plan

Lower Level Garage with Rough In to allow 3rd garage bay to convert to a 2nd bedroom as needed.  This home can be expanded along the back wall.  The front facing deck is accessed by a covered exterior staircase.

2 Bedroom 1.5 Bath 3 Car Garage Home

Also conceived for a back sloping lot, this 1233 Square foot home is small enough to be affordable and "Addition Ready" along the back wall for future expansion.   This home has a front facing main entry and internal staircase.  In the case of a second floor addition,  a garage to top elevator can be added if desired.
